Eric is clearly the best agent I have ever used hands down. In addition to having an excellent understanding of the market, he also has a broad knowledge base of home construction and the various home systems so crucial in buying or selling a home. He steered me away from buying properties that would have cost me so much down the line. His availability and responsiveness are the very best. When selling my first home Eric was extremely helpful. Eric and I meet well before putting the house on the market due to me making a lot of upgrades to the home. He helped by pointing out what didn’t need to bother with and what is most liked by buyers. The house went under contract in less than 30 days. Eric was helpful in all of the steps that were needed and what to expect. I also found Eric to be a friendly down to earth guy with a joyful personality. I highly recommend Eric

Eric went above and beyond in every way to help me. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home. He would go by and check on the property regularly for me since I lived in a different town. Eric also fixed things that were not his responsibility to help me out and I just can't say enough about how hard he worked for me to get the condo sold.
